About

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, educator, and trauma specialist committed to helping people reconnect to their bodies, purpose, and power. With over a decade of experience in human services supporting individuals, teams, and institutions, my work bridges psychology, mindfulness, and creative healing to support deeper belonging and restoration for individuals, teams, and organizations.

Who I Work With

I treat trauma related to sexual assault, combat trauma, accident, loss, complex developmental trauma, identity based and intergenerational trauma. Our work together meets you where you are and uses the protocol that fits.

For the work past symptoms — what trauma reshapes and leaves behind— in ourselves, relationships, and work, I bring particular fluency to populations whose experiences may continue to navigate identity related impact, including:

  • first and second generation immigrants and diaspora communities

  • military, veterans, and special forces personnel

  • high achieving professionals and organizational leaders

  • creatives or those in creative organized industries

  • people navigating identity based collective trauma
